 Development of Phantom

All information about the "Phantom map" will only be posted here and nowhere else!

If u have played Starcraft's Phantom u know what im talking about.

But wc3 is quite different from SC, so I will change the melee units a bit to balance the game, nothing big, just to make better balance.

Need help with the map tho:
-- Beta testers & Terrain maker --

For the terrain makers:
I would first of all like a terrain for 12 players, small entrances to main base with 1 natural expansion.
Also a terrain of "The Hunters" for SC for 8 players

redbean is not in clan for ladder he is the map maker so dont taunt about 1v1 he can make maps u prolly cant pirat

And btw, been working on the Phantom Triggers for a couple of hours now and developed a better system.

- Phantom will be revealed after 20 mins (BETA)
- Phantom's income will be based after number of slayers playing (BETA)

Actually ive made a starcraft map myself, i stole 100% of the skins though Smile but the terrain is all mine

I say the time the phantom to b reveald should b a vote of 10/20/30 mins

i helped develop the popular 'wintermaul series' mainly with the addition to the 4 players per team maps and the ffa. although my name isnt credited anymore, older versions if you have them you'll see my name as 'chopsticks420'. and this to be relevant to the topic? idk.. jus thot id say something since the forums r highly inactive...

Yeah, I haven't decide the amount of time yet, everything in first version will be beta til' I find the best settings.

The new map of Phantom has now been changed to "The Hunters" style btw.

Anyways, having some problems with [Player Group - Victory/Defeat system]

But solved the biggest issue about not be able to see your allies income if you select an allied structure.

Never thought it could be this complicated to make a Phantom map *sigh*

Oh well, an official beta will be released when I solved Victory/Defeat system on GUI.

No skins/Models of Starcraft will be in this map.
So short said, no conversion map.

id love to help but for sum gay reason the editor does not like my macbook and quits when i use / open some windows/palettes.. ive had mostly TD and dota map making experience.

I use to be in clan orig b4 i made clan so on so forth any way i made a not so popuar map called hunt on sc and im makin blink arena for wc3 send me copy of ure phantom and i can attempt to solve the viewing gold / lumber problem Very Happy

Edit: I already got to test the gliched phanom bean made haha! Very Happy

Warcraft Phantom 1.3b is now finished and uploaded on THW

I didn't solved the problem :/
BUT now its Phantom Darkness instead, so if u want to see your allies income you have to scout them.

I dont need to send you the map for solving that problem Razz

Alrighty then! ^^

Btw, lots of work on it AGAIN, now its all messed up, dont download 1.4, its PURE crap.. 1.3b was 1000 times better..


BTW, Im now working on a melee map, actually my first! Smile
But its a pure experiment map for making my terrain skills a bit better..
Oh well, lets see how it went in a couple of weeks!
